How it works
Station metadata comes from the community-powered Radio Browser directory. Country geometry is bundled with the application, and live audio travels directly from each broadcaster to your browser. World Radio does not rebroadcast or modify station programming.
Local by design
Favorites, collections, listening history, receiver themes, and accessibility preferences stay in your browser. There is currently no World Radio account and no cloud profile.
An evolving instrument
Broadcaster streams can change or disappear, and directory information may occasionally be incomplete. The receiver is designed to recover gracefully while keeping search, saved stations, and exploration available.
